A per-order breakdown of the decisions ShipStation's native rules leave on the table — read straight off a dry-run of your own recent orders.

Orders with no reliable package: Which orders can't be boxed automatically today because of missing or unmeasured product dimensions — the list to clean up first, so box selection has something to work from.
Multi-SKU orders native rules skip: ShipStation's own docs note automation rules using the Item Name, Item SKU, and Warehouse Location criteria "will only apply to orders containing a single unique line item" (help article 1260807687290). We flag every multi-item order those native rules pass over.
Package-dimension deltas: Where the box currently on the order differs from the smallest box that actually fits — the size changes that drive dimensional-weight charges up or down.
Lower-cost eligible services found: Orders where a lower-cost eligible service was available across the carrier accounts you already connect. It compares your negotiated rates — it never brokers or inserts its own carrier accounts.
Document and compliance opportunities: Retailer drop-ship orders (Home Depot, Macy's, Lowe's) that could move onto a compliant packing-slip template instead of hand-assembled paperwork.
Estimated manual touches removed: A count of the per-order decisions the audit would take off your team's plate — the box picks, rate checks, and paperwork steps that stop being manual once rules run.
