Do I still need ShipStation?
Yes — ShipExtension is an add-on, not a replacement. It connects to your existing ShipStation account through the ShipStation API and writes decisions back onto your orders. You keep ShipStation, your stores, your carrier accounts, and your current configuration exactly as they are; there is no migration and nothing to rebuild.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
Automate covers up to 2,000 orders/month and Optimize up to 10,000. Above that is Enterprise, from $999/month. We don't bill automatic overages. If your volume changes, get in touch and we'll sort out the right plan.
Can I add packing slips to any plan?
Packing slips cost $99/month standalone for up to 1,000 orders, or $99/month as an add-on using the parent plan's order limit. Automate plus slips is $278/month; Optimize plus slips is $598/month. Custom implementation scope is confirmed separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime with one click. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Is there a free trial?
The app offers a 14-day trial with no credit card needed to start. Packing slips are a paid add-on and are not part of the trial.
