Technical details

The recurring task: Staff copy recurring order exceptions into another workflow. A matching rule can send an outgoing webhook to a configured endpoint.
Representative input and result: A rule matches an order and sends a payload to your Zapier Catch Hook or n8n webhook URL. These are outgoing webhooks, not native marketplace integrations.
Information needed: Rule conditions, an endpoint you control, the receiver's expected payload and a test destination. Confirm which order data the receiver needs.
Verification and limitations: Dry Run describes the intended webhook and does not prove delivery. Arrange assisted verification against a test receiver; inspect outgoing webhook logs. Delivery can fail, and recipient-side processing needs separate verification.
ShipStation API scope: Order-based rules read ShipStation V1 data. The outbound HTTP request is separate from the ShipStation APIs.
Subscription and setup: Automate: $79/month for up to 5,000 orders. Optimize: $499/month, advertised for up to 50,000 orders. Packing slips are a separate add-on. Initial setup help is available; custom implementation scope is confirmed separately.

Total processing includes fetching orders and any API operations. Time varies with batch size, actions and API pacing; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.
