ShipExtension automates shipping workflows for your ShipStation account: automation rules, box selection, rate shopping, packing slips, and related tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you use ShipExtension on behalf of a business, you accept them for that business.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the ShipStation API keys you connect. You must have the right to grant us access to the ShipStation data you connect. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial; you can cancel any time during the trial without charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund partial billing periods. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach or overload our systems or other users' data, no reselling the service without our written permission, and no use that violates ShipStation's own terms.
ShipExtension modifies real orders in your ShipStation account according to rules you configure. You are responsible for reviewing your rules and verifying results — especially before enabling automations that purchase labels or change shipping details. We provide previews and dry-run tools; use them.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party services (including ShipStation and shipping carriers) that we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as lost profits or missed shipments.
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (billing obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Questions? Email [email protected].
